Meet Dr. Katia Tikhonravova, Ph.D. LMFT Clinical Director
My name is Dr. Katia. I was born in Tomsk, Russia and move into the USA in 2007. I earned my M.S. (2015) and my Ph.D. (2018) from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have been trained by renowned mental health teachers, like Evgeniy Terebenin and Yuliya Ivlieva.
Do not be fulled by my success. I invested a lot of time and resources in my education and individual therapy to overcome personal and family traumas. You can too! I have tried many methods, shared them with many clients and colleagues, and now I know what works best.
This knowledge led me to develop Eastern Family Therapy, a unique approach that blends evidence-based practices with Eastern philosophies of healing and connection. My team and I are here to share this transformative approach with you, guiding you toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.
